OMG I Have ADHD
Getting diagnosed with ADHD in my 50’s has upended everything I thought I knew about myself.
It’s brought clarity to my career, relationships, mental and physical health. It’s brought tears, laughter, rage, frustration, silliness and insights.
Last year, it reunited me with my old colleague Jordan Lane and we started a podcast together, Holy Sh**t I Have ADHD
It’s been downloaded over 80,000 times and counting (!)
We’re creating community that feels nourishing and intentional. I’m grateful for the people showing up in our orbit.
This October — for ADHD Awareness month — we’ll be hosting our first in-person event to bring together speakers, specialists, and people with lived experience for a half-day learning and connecting experience in Vancouver. We’ll also figure out how to stream it so people can tune in from wherever they want.
I’m allowing myself to get excited and this feels wonderful.
Also, we got a dog and I should probably post more about this delightful creature.
